Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight and the destination.

For example, if you order a tool product, it will need 2-3 business days of processing time and then 8-10 business days of shipping time. So you can expect to receive it in 10-13 business days if you select Standard shipping.

Total time = Processing time + Shipping time.

1. Shipping time: Exclude any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.

The standard shipping will take 8 to 10 business days with extra 2 to 3 business days of processing time for every order.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we will accept returns within 15 calendar days of receiving the item.

What can be returned or exchanged?

  • Items ordered were received within the past 15 days.
  • Product is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All packaging, accessories, accessories are still in new or like-new condition and will not affect resale.

Return process within 15 days of receiving your order

Submit a return request to the customer service email: morri@shallgroup.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.

Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.

In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.

No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products

All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
Note: The value of the return is equal to the selling price of the returned or exchanged item, including applicable taxes. For online returns, original shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

My own tools and quite a variety!

I purchased this set of tools specifically for the items in it compared to other similar sets. I thought I would get the most use out of what was included in this bag. I work in an office with only two people. I do a lot of small handy work and decorating. I love having the tools available when I need them, no one gets confused whose they are with them being pink! Quality is good for light to mid level duty. A real variety of items. Bag is great and good quality. I love it!

Everything you need

The media could not be loaded. The fact that its pink and everything in it was pink had me sold! All of these tools are made well and are sturdy. The whole set is a must have. Now i want to find stuff to fix so I can use my new tool bag.

After never being able to find anything on my husband's tool bench, I bought this for myself. Is the plastic on the tool handles a little cheap? Yes. Do they still work? Yes. Go buy yourself this and never have to spend hours looking for a screwdriver again!

This is all I need

All these tools, quite a few I don’t know, come in a sturdy beautiful pink and black carrier. I have what I know how to use and when someone else asks if I have a whatever, apparently I do.
